In November-December, the Student Union organises an annual training session for new association members. Association training sessions are designed to help new association members at the beginning and go through matters related to basic association activities. In addition to basic affairs, financial management, for example, is covered in greater depth. All material used in training sessions is also published on AYY’s website. Requests and issues related to association training sessions may be submitted to the organisation sector.

In addition to training sessions, the Student Union organises other training sessions and courses occasionally. Courses are published in the association and weekly newsletters when they become current.
