Next spring’s space reservations are here!
The reservation period for all spaces is Mon 13th January – Sun 17th August.
The schedule for all reservation is as follows:
1) 11th-28th Nov 2013: AYY internal reservations.
Reservation time ends on Thu 28th Nov 2013 at 8 am
2) 2nd – 9th Dec 2013: Guilds and primary associations.
Reservation time ends on Mon 9th Dec 2013 at 8 am. Booking event on Mon 9th Nov 2013 at 6pm in Otakaari 11 Iso neuvotteluhuone (2nd floor).
3) 10th Nov – 15th Dec 2013: Other clubs and associations.
Reservation time ends on Sun 15th Dec 2013 at 8 am. Booking event on Wed 18th Dec 2013 at a later announced time and place.
Unfortunately we don’t have the reservation form in English, so the easiest way to make your own pre-reservations is to send an e-mail to the administrative manager (contact information below) stating the dates and places of the desired reservations.
Pre-book only the facilities you really need. Reservations are binding. Try to avoid these times:
* Smökki on Mondays and Tuesdays (rehearsals)
* Peli- ja sitsitila Tuesdays and Fridays at 17-23 (ORC)
* Monitoimitila and Tatamisali are in active use of weekly trainers at 16-23.
Please note that Smökki’s rent during summermonths (1st June – 31st August) have changed few weeks ago and. Therefore please note the changes (readable here: /en/students/rental-of-facilities/sitsi-game-and-meeting-facilities/servin-mokki/) and its effect on your budget.
