AYY service points are partially close during the summer months, i.e. June, July and August. Service points in Arabianranta, Töölö and Otaniemi, as well as the Housing Office in Otaniemi are open during the summer season as follows:

Arabianranta Service Point
Closed 31 May – 31 July 2014
Open normally until Friday, 30 May 2014 and from Friday, 1 Aug 2014 onwards.
Opening times: Mon & Fri 12noon – 2pm, Tue-Thu 12noon-3pm

Töölö Service Point
Closed 13 June–24 Aug 2013
Open normally until Thursday, 12 June 2014 and from Monday, 25 Aug 2014 onwards.
Opening times: Mon-Thu 10.30-2.30pm
NB! Between 30 July – 28 Aug 2014, Töölö Service Point is open every Wednesday and Thursday between 4pm–6pm.

Otaniemi Service Point and Housing Office
Closed 5 July–27 July 2014
Open normally until Friday, 4 July 2014 and from Monday, 28 July 2014 onwards.
Opening times:

• Service Point: Mon-Fri 9.00-4pm
• Housing Office: Mon-Fri 12.00-4pm

NB! When the office is closed, emergency services are organised at Otaniemi Service Point every Monday between 2pm–6pm. The Housing Office responds to emails when possible (address asuntotoimisto@ayy.fi).
