The allocation practices for facilities rented permanently for associations have been updated during the first half of 2014. In the future, vacant facilities will be announced in the association newsletter, after which associations can apply for facilities. Facilities are allocated by using the scoring model for facilities rented for associations.
Now the first vacant facilities are open for applications. Both club rooms and storage facilities are applied through an electronic application form:
Storage facilities: https://lomake.ayy.fi/hallinto/storage-facilities-application-form/
Club rooms: https://lomake.ayy.fi/hallinto/application-form-for-club-room/
Vacant facilities and their floor areas are available for review when filling in the application form.
The application schedule is as follows:
The application form is open on 12noon on Fri, 19 Sept – 12noon on Fri, 17 Oct.
AYY’s facility committee will address the received applications in week 43. AYY Board will decide on the allocation of facilities for associations based on the proposal of the facility committee in week 44. Contracts for facilities will be made from 1 Nov 2014 onwards. Rental agreements are valid until further notice, unless otherwise agreed.
NB! Only the applications received through the above-mentioneed forms are taken into account. Previously sent facility inquiry emails or late applications will not be considered.

At its meeting 32/2014, AYY Board made a decision on the reservation prices for the summer weekends of Smökki for the next summer. Summer weekends (Fri-Sun) are rented at the following prices between 1 June-31 Aug: AYY members €500/day, others €1,000/day, additional day €250/day. Associations in AYY’s association register do not have the right to book summer weekends first. Summer weekends can be booked throughout the year for now. If summer weekends are not yet open for reservations with Aalto username, you can book summer weekends through AYY’s administrative director.
