AYY’s service points will partially be closed during the summer months of June – August. The service points in Arabia, Töölö and Otaniemi as well as the housing office of Otaniemi will be serving students as follows:

Arabia Service Point
Open June 1.-17. Tue-Wed at 12 noon – 3 pm
Closed June 18. – July 27. 2015
Open normally from Tue July 28. on
Opening times: Mon & Fri: 12 noon – 2 pm and Tue-Thu 12 noon – 3 pm

Töölö service point
Closed June 12. – August 28. 2015
Open normally to June 11. and from  Aug 24. 2015 on.
Opening times: Mon-Thu 10.30 am – 2.30 pm
NB! The office is open August 5.-27. during “afterwork hours” on Wed-Thu at 4-6pm

Otaniemi Service Point & Housing Office
Closed July 6.-26. 2015
Open normally until July 3. and from 27. 2015 on

Opening times:
Service point: Mon – Fri 9 am – 4 pm on. From June 15. on the service point is closed for lunch hour (11am-12noon)
Housing office: Mon – Fri 12 noon – 4 pm

NB! When the office is closed, please schedule a meeting with the real estate assistant to collect the keys to the rentable facilites no later than the preceding Monday (call hours at 2-6pm, tel. 050 5209437, ville.kapanen (a) ayy.fi). The housing office will answer emails when possible (asuntotoimisto (a) ayy.fi).
