5. Your association to join Otatarha race?
The traditional Otatarha race, a festival-like car racing event, is here again on 30 September. Would your association like to be a part of this event by hosting your own checkpoint? We would like the event to be even more audience-friendly this year, offering the audience more activities besides the actual car/vehicle-racing. We warmly welcome association checkpoints that somehow activate people and offer them something to do. The checkpoint can be a “team checkpoint”, where a group of people is doing something together, or a single-person activity. What is most important is that the checkpoint is fun.
If you have an idea (you don’t have to have all the details specified or decided yet) and you would like to participate in the best Otatarha race event this year, please send an email to sirius.vuorikoski@ayy.fi. If you are interested, please let us know no later than two weeks before the event, i.e. at the latest on 16 September, so that we still have time to figure out what to do and go through the details if there’s need for that.
WOULD YOU LIKE TO INCLUDE YOUR OWN NEWS IN THIS NEWSLETTER?
Please send a brief text by Wednesday, 10am, to the address tiedotteet@ayy.fi. The news will be translated so you can submit your text in one language. The content of the newsletter is ultimately edited by AYY’s Organisational Affairs and Communications Specialist Ahto Harmo (ahto.harmo@ayy.fi, tel: 050 520 9442).
