here are two training sessions held in October: on Tuesday, the 10th of October 2017, and on Monday, the 30th of October 2017. Both training sessions start at 18:00.

AYY has agreed to cooperate more closely with the Bailataan.fi ticket sales service. Thanks to the partnership, we can offer all associations in the Student Union’s association register the opportunity to gather signups and sell tickets to events affordably and handily both online and via mobile.
Bailataan.fi was chosen naturally as a partner due to their knowledge of the student event scene and the tools offered by their service. Event signups can be collected privately via a link or they can be advertised publicly on the Bailataan.fi web pages.
Our aim is to give each student of the Aalto University an easy and equal opportunity to sign up and buy tickets to events, regardless of time or place. We also want to accommodate those students who cannot make it to the university campus to buy tickets during sales events held in lobbies.
The Bailataan.fi event portal suits both small and big events alike, and it can be used for sitsit, appro events and other events in addition to traditional event signups.
The price of the service for associations is 2% + 0.15€ per sold ticket (normally 2.95% + 0.25€ per sold ticket). The service package includes free customer service and support. No monthly subscriptions or other fees.
You can start using the service straight away by setting up a Bailataan.fi account for your association. You can set up an account at https://bailataan.fi/#!/sales. You do not need to make a separate contract with the service provider.

Bailataan.fi is the most popular student event ticket sales channel in Finland. It is used by more than 150 student organizations and associations in 20 cities and more than 50 000 students around Finland. This year’s association training will be held at the Design Factory in Otaniemi on November 28th. Information on the program and signups will be released later, but be sure to mark the date on your associations’ calendar already! The training will be in Finnish. An English training session will be arranged on the 7th of December at AYY’s office. Stay tuned!
