All students, who have paid their AYY membership fee for the academic year 2015 – 2016, can pick up ayear tag from Monday August 3^rd 2015 on and a new student calendar from Monday 10^th 2015 on. The year tags and calendars can be picked in following locations:

Otaniemi service point
Opening hours: mon – fri 9 – 16

Arabianranta servicepoint
Opening hours: mon & fri 12 – 14, tue – thu 12 – 15

Töölö servicepoint
Closed June 12^th – August 28^th 2015
Open normally to June 11^th and from Aug 24^th 2015 on.
Opening times: Mon-Thu 10.30 – 14.30
NB! The office is open August 5^th – 27^th during “afterwork hours” on Wed-Thu at 16-18

In addition, year tags can be picked from a temporary service point in the Learning Hub of Otakaari 1 during August 17^th – August 31^st AND in the lobby of Otakaari 1 during September 1^st – September 11^th 2015.
Opening hours: Mon – Fri 12 noon – 18:00.

It’s also time to update your student status on your travel card

The right to discount is valid from the beginning of the autumn term till the end of August next year; for those who finish their studies in the autumn, the discount right is valid till the end of December the same year. The right to discount has to be renewed annually at a service point. If a student does not renew their right to discount, they can only load their travel card with normal priced period and value tickets from September 1^st on.

You can renew your student status in HSL’s service points or in temporary service point in Otaniemi:

Aalto University, in the Learning Hub of Otakaari 1 during August 17^th – August 31^st AND in the lobby of Otakaari 1 during September 1^st – September 4^th 2015.
