The first rehearsals of autumn season 2014 are on Monday 8 September 18:00-21:00 in Servin Mökki. This autumn we will be playing Beethoven’s Egmont overture Op. 84, Nielsen’s flute concerto (D.F. 119, soloist Johannes Rauhamaa) and Shostakovich’s fifth symphony. The Polytech Orchestra is a full-sized student symphony orchestra based in Espoo, Finland. Our players are students and graduates from Aalto University and other universities in Helsinki area. The conductor of the orchestra is Mr. Andreas Vogelsberger.
