Come to Dance house on Polijazz’s summer course!

House is a dance style developed in the clubs of Chicago and New York. It is danced to techno music. Jacking, the body’s rhythmic movement to music, and fast footwork are characteristic features of house. During the lessons you’ll learn the basic steps and their variations. Summer course consist of six lessons on Mondays and Thursdays at 18-19 in Jämeräntaival 3A dance studio in Otaniemi (ground floor). The first lesson will be held on Thursday 22.05., others on Mon 26.5., Thurs 29.5., Mon 2.6., Thurs 5.6. and Mon 9.6. The course fee is 30 euros.

You can come to the course without prior experience from house. There will be enough challenge also for the more advanced dancers.

1) Register at polijazz.ayy.fi, or at the latest on the first lesson to the teacher.
2) Enjoy the lessons and have fun!
3) You will receive email for payment instructions.

Note: Registration is binding and the course fee must be paid if the registration is not canceled latest a week before the start of the course (15.5.). The course is organized if there are more than 8 registered participants a week before the first lesson (15.5.), so please register in advance.
