Fundamental Photography

Teekkarikamerat organizes Fundamental Photography course, which strengthens fundamental photography skills. The course is suitable for persons who have completed the basic couse or has independently acquired similar skills. The course consists of theory sections followed by practical exercises. The duration is four hours and it is split as follows:

15:45 – 16:00 Arrival and enrollment
16:00 – 16:15 Course opening and introductions
16:15 – 16:45 Part I: Sharpness and blurring the background
16:45 – 17:00 (recess)
17:00 – 17:45 Part II: Exposure and creative techniques
17:45 – 18:00 (recess)
18:00 – 18:45 Part III: Composure and shooting people
18:45 – 19:00 (recess)
19:00 – 19:45 Part IV: Common mistakes and remedies
19:45 – 20:00 Closing words and ending the course

For the course take:
– digital camera (e.g. P&S or DSLR)
– camera manual
– course fee as exact payment (intra payment preferred)
– pen and paper
– snack for breaks

The course fee is 5 eur for members and 15 eur for non members (including the option to join). Members enroll directly via Intran Pay and others via email to Lauri Uotinen (firstname.lastname@aalto.fi).
