Greetings fellow female technology student! Did you miss Teekkaritytöt’s legendary Tyttösitsit? Do not worry; it is time for the most flamboyant and entertaining evening of the spring – Teekkaritytöt’s 15th Jubilee! We aren’t pompous but instead let all flowers bloom with dignity and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The jubilee is held once every five years and is open to everyone (including plus-ones).

Teekkaritytöt is an association for the female students of Aalto University. Our goal is to have fun, help women to network with each other and to get connected with the engineering industry. This spring marks our association’s 15 year anniversary. Our event calendar is full of diverse events, which you are welcome to participate in!

The party mood is set by a cocktail event at the Polytechnical Students’ Museum (Jämeräntaival 3A) starting at 16.30, after which the festivities are continued with a dinner at Täffä (Otakaari 22) starting at 19.00. During the evening, we will enjoy fantastic performances in a beautifully decorated banqueting hall. After the traditional ballroom dances, the celebration continues in step with a superb party band. The celebration extends even to the next day, climaxing with a brunch at OK20 party property organized in co-operation with the Physics, Automation and Bioinformation technology guilds.

The jubilee is 50/45 € for students and 60 € for alumni, the brunch is an additional 10€ in advance or 12€ at the door. The registration for the event is open until 30.3. Further information about the jubilee, the theme and registration can be found at http://teekkaritytot.fi/vuosijuhla/.
