A new tenant must check the condition of the apartment within one week of the moving day. In this way, we can ensure that defects can be repaired and AYY’s apartments stay in good condition from one tenant to the next. Now you can make the housing inspection completely online. We advise all new residents to use the electronic housing inspection form instead of the paper form. This speeds up the process for everyone, necessary repairs or cleaning can be arranged faster and deposits can be returned faster to the previous resident.

The electronic housing inspection form includes the address of the apartment, the resident’s name and e-mail and the evaluation of the condition of the apartment. A completed form is delivered automatically to AYY and a copy is also submitted to the resident’s email.
