The apartments listed below will be vacant in the beginning of June. These apartments are available for members of the student union. You can only apply for these apartments if your right of residence is in effect. More information about right of residence here. Please note that apartment offers for these apartments are valid only for one day.  

When renting a vacant apartment the lease begins immediately, these apartments can not be rented later (for example in the beginning of July). Also note that the list of vacant apartments may include some apartments that have already been offered to someone. The situation is changing rapidly.

Please note that if you are already living in an AYY apartment, you will have to pay double rent for June. The reason for this is that the period of notice for the termination is one whole month, starting from the end of the month in which you submit the written notice.

All of the apartments mentioned above are single rooms in a shared apartment. This means that one apartment can have 2-12 single rooms and a common space with a kitchen, possible living room, toilet and/or bathroom.
