AYY ANNOUNCES
ATTENTION! Thieves on campus
The spring has brought thieves onto campus as well, and last week was an unfortunately busy one in terms of theft. AYY and the University advise everyone to take general caution on campus and ask you to take particularly good care of your own and your friends’ possessions.
In case of a possible theft, report the incident to the police. Thieves generally visit multiple places around the campus, so it would be important to report any thefts also to the University’s Head of Security for her to be aware of the situation as a whole. The Head of Security Seija Piiponniemi-Lahti can be reached by email at seija.piiponniemi-lahti@aalto.fi or by phone at +358 500 813 084.
Wishing everyone a safe Wappu season! Let’s take care of each other and our belongings.

3. Get-together for the Eurovision semi-finals on 14 May
The grandest and sparkliest media spectacle of the spring, the Eurovision Song Contest, is back again! Who has the most wind machines? Are modulations still in fashion? Will Finland’s Darude make the finals?
All this will become clear on Tuesday 14 May when Aalto University Student Union invites everyone to watch the first day of the Eurovision semi-finals together in the Village Living Room. You can also play Eurovision Bingo while watching. Be the first to spot the Eurovision clichés and win a prize!
There will be drinks and snacks on offer. For the sake of provisions and limited space, please sign up via the attached form: https://lomake.ayy.fi/vaikuttaminen/eurovision-semi-finals/
