The opening times of AYY service points during Christmas holidays

AYY’s service points have the following opening times during Christmas holidays:

Otaniemi service point

Dec 17 open at 9-11 & 12-14
Dec 18 open at 9-12
Dec 21-29 closed
Dec 30 open at 9-11 & 12-16
Dec 31 open at 9-12.
Jan 1 closed

Open for picking and returning of keys to facilities rented on one-time basis:

Mon 21 Dec at 15-17 & Mon 28 Dec at 15-17

If you’re unable to pick up the keys in the times mentioned, please contact the real estate assistant (050 520 9437) to arrange the key pick up.

AYY’s Töölö service point to close on 28 Oct

AYY’s Töölö service point will close on 28 Oct due to the transfer of bachelor students to Otaniemi and the reduced need for services on Töölö Campus in general.

The aim is to have the university to continue services on Töölö Campus if possible. Of all the services, the distribution of year tags in the autumn will be carried out in Töölö, for example. The location will be confirmed later. In AYY’s view, it is important to continue to organise necessary services for students in Töölö in the future.

The farewell party of Töölö service point will be celebrated from 2pm onwards on 28 Oct. Welcome to spend a moment at the service point before the doors close!

AYY Service Point in Arabia moves 22.-24. September – CLOSED Wed 23.9.

AYY Service Point in Arabia moves to a new location in Arabia Campus. Service Point will open in the new facilities on Thursday 24th September. Due to the move AYY Arabia Service Point will be closed on Wed 23.9.

New location of the Service Point in Arabia is HĂ€meentie 135 C, 5th floor, near restaurant Meccala and the IT Service Point. Also the Arabia receptions for ARTS LES Student Services, Study Aid, Career Services and doctoral programme will move to 5th floor.

AYY Töölö Service Point goes cash only

AYY Töölö Service Point goes to cash only mode starting from last week as our card machine broke down. Please pay your book and stationary shopping with cash until further notice.

NOTE: This doesn’t effect 3.9. membership payments as there will be a different card machine available.
