AYY offers many different kind of facilities to its members and organisations.

Reservation of facilities for the period of Aug 12th 2019 – Jan 5th 2020 can no be made via TILA-system by using your own Aalto-username and password. Your reservation will be confirmed during the next couple of days, after which the reservation made is in blue in the calendar. In case you don’t have an Aalto-account please contact us using this form.

For the bookings at Atlantinkatu and Heinävaara you will receive a key code to access the building & the rental facility. Keys to all other premises can be collected on the same day for a receipt or payment at AYY’s Services Office in Otaniemi. For weekend reservations, keys can be collected on Friday. Please always check our opening hours first!
